The intent of the remodel at Cucina Colore was to give this popular restaurant a fresh new look and more of an identity.

Elisons Workshop achieved this by introducing deep red stained birch panels and red upholstery in the booths running through the core of the restaurant. This  new element defines the new character of Cucina Colore, as well as it creates a clear visual separation between the bar and the dining room.

The privacy of the dining area is further improved by the arched translucent partition made with 3form panels featuring crushed “aqua” glass beautifully complimenting the deep red stain.

The once least desirable area in the restaurant between the kitchen and the hallway was turned into most customers’ preferred place. The arched semi-enclosed area with a soothing backlit wine display offers a more intimate and comfortable setting than any other area in the dining room.
