This law office for Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC., designed and built by EliSons Workshop with an emphasis on environmental responsibility, offers a one-of-a-kind efficient, comfortable and versatile work space. The office is located in Traer Creek Plaza, the first building in Eagle County to meet LEED standards.

The interior was designed with careful consideration of the use of natural light, environmentally friendly materials and finishes, energy efficient (LED and compact fluorescent) lighting, as well as extremely efficient use of space.

The 22’ long and nearly 10’ tall arched “Library Wall”, enclosing the conference room, is a focal point of the space. This centrally located element houses an open resource library for the attorneys, and is placed conveniently to all four offices, and to the casual “Lounge” area. The open shelves have a translucent back, and are framed by a natural baltic birch coat closet and storage cabinets featuring anodized aluminum honeycomb doors.

The library of books provide a beautiful pattern through the translucent back creating the “Art Wall” of the conference room that is furnished by a custom conference table, energy efficient lighting, custom built-in cabinets, and a beverage cooler.

All cabinets and millwork including a kitchenette/dining area, all offices, a copy/print room, and a conference room is custom designed and built by EliSons Workshop. The waiting and lounge areas feature EliSons Workshop’s custom seating and tables.
